About the Platform
What is EPSO Test?
EPSO Test is an online preparation platform specifically designed for EPSO competition exams. It combines a large question bank, theory guides, video courses, and progress tracking to help you prepare efficiently for EU institutional recruitment tests.
What types of questions are available?
The platform currently offers 4 live EPSO reasoning categories: Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Abstract Reasoning. Together, the current live practice bank contains 186,322 live practice questions.
How are questions organised?
Questions are organised by category and difficulty level (1-3). You choose what to practise, and the system selects questions matching your criteria. This means you can focus on your weakest areas or do mixed practice across all categories.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform is fully mobile-responsive — you can practise from your phone or tablet browser. A dedicated mobile app is not currently available, but the web experience is optimised for mobile use.

Who is this platform designed for?
Anyone preparing for an EPSO competition, including AD (Administrator), AST (Assistant), AST/SC (Secretary/Clerk), and CAST (Contract Agent Selection Tool) exams. It's useful whether you're a first-time applicant or retaking after a previous attempt.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?
Absolutely. The platform includes theory guides that explain each section from scratch, difficulty levels that start easy, and video courses that walk you through techniques step by step. Start with the Free plan to get familiar with the format.
I've taken EPSO exams before. Will this help me improve?
Yes. Use the advanced analytics to identify where you lost marks previously, then target those areas with focused practice. The retry feature lets you revisit questions you got wrong, and timed mode helps you build speed.
Free vs Paid Plans
What can I do with the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you practise up to 10 sessions per category per day, access difficulty levels 1-2, track basic progress, read all theory guides, and preview video course lessons. It is a genuine practice tool, not just a demo.
What do I get with the Basic plan?
Basic increases your daily session limit to 50 per category, unlocks difficulty levels up to 3, adds answer explanations after each session, and provides advanced analytics on your dashboard.
What does the Generalist plan include?
Generalist is the complete package: unlimited daily sessions, all Basic features, timed exam mode for realistic test simulation, and full access to every video course on the platform.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for Free?
No. The Free plan requires only an email address to register. No payment information is collected unless you choose to upgrade.
Billing & Cancellation
How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit the Pricing page and select your preferred plan and billing period. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account page, and you'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account, progress data, and quiz history are preserved indefinitely. You simply revert to the Free plan's feature set. If you resubscribe later, all your data will still be there.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may have statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the rules that apply once digital services or digital content begin. Any additional commercial refund terms are shown at checkout and in your account. If you need help, contact support@epsotest.com or review the Terms of Service.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.
Access & Duration
Does the Free plan ever expire?
No. Your Free plan account is permanent. You can use it as long as the platform is available.
What does Lifetime access mean?
A Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants you permanent access to that plan tier's features. No recurring charges — you pay once and keep access as long as the platform exists.
Can I use the platform on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account works on any device with a web browser. Your progress syncs automatically — start practising on your laptop and continue on your phone.
Video Courses
What video courses are available?
Currently, the platform offers courses on EPSO Numerical Reasoning and EPSO Verbal Reasoning, covering fundamentals through advanced techniques. New courses are added regularly.
Can I watch some lessons for free?
Yes. Each course includes free preview lessons that anyone can watch. These give you a clear sense of the teaching style and content quality before committing to a plan.
Which plan gives me full video access?
The Generalist plan includes full access to all video courses. Free and Basic plans can only access preview lessons.
Theory & Books
What are the theory guides?
The theory section currently contains 7 in-depth guides covering the fundamentals and strategies for each EPSO exam section. They are freely accessible and provide genuine educational value.
What's the relationship between the guides and the book?
The online theory guides are a curated preview of key concepts from the EPSO Master Book available on Amazon. The book goes deeper with worked examples, extended strategies, and additional practice material.
Do I need to buy the book to use the platform?
No. The platform is fully self-contained. The book is an optional complement for candidates who want deeper reading and portable study material.
