EPSO Test provides online practice questions, theory guides, video courses, and related study tools for EPSO-style competitions. We are an independent preparation platform and are not affiliated with EU institutions.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Plans, Billing, And Refunds
Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are managed through Paid Member Subscriptions and processed via Stripe.
Standard subscriptions currently have a 7-day refund window. Lifetime plans currently have a 14-day refund window. Operational questions can be sent to support@epsotest.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service in a way that harms performance, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
5. Educational Purpose
All materials are provided for study and preparation purposes. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, job offers, or specific performance improvements.
6. Availability And Changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform from time to time. We may also update plans, pricing, or features, with changes reflected on the relevant site pages and checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the platform design, original content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licenses.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the platform accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content.
